In 2005, Robert Lloyd George, the great-great grandson of David Lloyd George, published the book "David & Winston: How a Friendship Changed History" (John Murray, publishers). The book was promoted as 'the remarkable story of the enduring friendship between David Lloyd George and Winston Churchill, Britain's two greatest statesmen in peace and war'.
The book has now been published in the United States by Overlook Press and is the subject of a review in 'The Washington Times' by Martin Rubin under the heading 'Two dynamic statesmen who led Britain in war'.
